Site Optimization – Scripts & App Overview

Upon the client’s request, I performed an audit of the current theme’s 3rd party snippets and apps in use.

I recommended apps to remove or disable.

Google Analytics Tracking

I found that the GA4 tags were not firing correctly for the Add to Cart action.

I fixed the mismatching names, missing code on the checkout page, and duplicated code installation.

PDP / Home Modern Layout

Updates:

  • Removed “Find in stores near you” section on the PDP layout.
  • Enabled Sticky banner on the Home page
  • Adjusted menu structure
  • Fixed the PDP size variants not working
  • Fixed the Hero banner image width issue on mobile/desktop views
  • Customized and created new sections for the home page
