Client Request 1: Upgrading existing webflow site to include Memberships to create a gated experience

Webflow support membership feature in beta mode (Free).

With this, we can add User login/Sign up, access group to the webflow site. The Client wanted to collect user emails.

At first, I suggested this membership feature, but ignored this option because
– It will be difficult to customize Webflow login/signup form as our own design request. The client wanted it to be a email subscription modal. But webflow does support this as individual page.
– Once membership is enabled, we can’t remove this feature easily unless we contact with Webflow.

I confirmed the client’s request again and decided to proceed this project with Klaviyo.

Because we can customize Klaviyo Popup and client can track all user’s email, and send broadcast emails later. He is a startup so email collection is valuable for him.

This is the Klaviyo Email subscription popup. This popup shows only when the browser has no Cookie about the previous email registration.
