CleanAir was founded in Dallas, Texas in 2018 by Megan Carr. CleanAir supports to improving your family’s home health with its air filter service.
Created a full rebrand that included a strategy, brand voice, visual identity, packaging, photography, and website.
It has a custom survey form where customers can choose the products, size, quality, delivery schedule, and requirement of installation service.
This form checks the customer’s zip code first, and then alerts customers whether they are in the range of service or not.
When the survey form is submitted, it adds chosen products to the cart.
The custom survey form is integrated with Calendly Form
The Add to Cart action is done with Shopify Cart API and integrated with Recharge.
The landing page also has the service area validation search form.
