Project Details:
This project started to build the site using demo/template, and took 5 months to finish.
We took 3 steps.
First step was to build the common pages and import Real Estate Properties Data.
2nd Step was to build dashboards for buyers, sellers and admin.
The last step was to integrate with twillio & email marketing system.
The first step didn’t take time, as we are using demo. Demo pages, built with Elementor Builder, are easy to update according to client request.
The difficult part is from the 2nd step.
We could use origin templates’ membership area for buyers and sellers, but their dashboard features are very far away from client requests.
Now Coding Start!
I could make the familiar codes with the template after 1 month and build the dashboard pages and add newly features.
I built the left area menu bar and custom filters using php, acf, jquery.
The 3rd step was to sync email & sms notification system with original one.
Used twillio php API to send sms notification when buyer/seller do operation on bids.
Extended original email notification system by adding new events/triggers.
