Project Details:
Vibenslurp is a Shopify site that has Printiful integration. All products are imported from Printful and added the client’s brand.
The client request was simple.
“New store with simple design, direct collection view on Home, and Fixed Collection Middle Navbar, Social media integration on Product Feeds”
That’s all!
But everything was not simple.
Started with Shopify standard theme – Debut!
Finished overall front-end view in 3 days. It’s so easy for me to make a fixed collection navbar, copied the origin navbar to use dropdown feature and added fixed css property.
Products
The product imports and social media integration took the most time for this project. From printful, I imported products and added the brand logo on it.
Shipping
The client wanted free shipping for all products, because the shipping is handled by Printful. To show free shipping, we should adjust the product price to include the shipping fee. When we integrated with Printful, it supports default shipping method by itself. Disabled it and created custom shipping profile for Free Shipping.
Social Media Integration (Facebook, Instagram)
Do you think product feed setup is easy – only need to install Facebook app and upload product categories? No, it isn’t.
Your store should be ready to pass the FB verification. It requires the site to have policy pages, and there are some special requirements on the products.
Setup of Business profile on Facebook, connect to instagram business account, uploaded product category….
It was really good experience for me to setup Social media integration.
