Full Revamp

I revamped this client’s site in 3 months. The client shared some of his favorite sites as inspiration for the site revamp –  BlueteesGolf, Raspado, Beatsbydre

Project Scope:

• Redesign the ecommerce website to optimize sales and improve user experience.
• Enhance functionality and aesthetics of the website to attract more customers and increase conversions
• Suggest innovative ideas and provide creative solutions to enhance our online store, with a special focus on the golf market
• Keep theme “Vision” and makes it to look similar “BlueteesGolf” (https://blueteesgolf.com/)
• Make clean website, build membership area with Portal

Review & Plan

The first task was to review the full site and make a plan. I proposed a new Home page layout with a Figma design.

Layout Improvements

I finalized the website to be more user-friendly and functional.

• Updated filtering capabilities and improved the collection navigation on the collection page
• Updated the search feature to allow users to type a question or search a topic for answers
• Email marketing integration with Mailchimp & set up email campaigns and templates

Optimization

• Fixed the slow loading issues on the home page images
• Updated the Google page insights score
• Ensured all images had the correct aspect ratio
• Provided a new mega menu layout to present different product categories better

Landing Pages

I created landing pages for their new app – MyVoiceCaddie and MySwingCaddie, VSE, and Product Compare page.

Email Marketing

I created a Junior Audience, the marketing journey, and email templates via Mailchimp.
